The Manor Bed and Breakfast offers only one guest suite, which allows our innkeepers to provide one-on-one service and undivided attention to our guests.

The Bed & Breakfast is nestled on the beautiful campus of the University of Oklahoma. The Manor offers a large suite with a cozy queen size pillow top bed, piled high with 3 inches of divine memory foam and sateen sheets.

Your private bathroom is equipped with a luxurious 2 person jetted tub and shower. The skylights above the tub will allow you to relax and gaze at the stars with the one you love. The suite also offers a separate living area for you to enjoy.

The couch in the seperate living area has a pull-out bed for any additional guests. You can help your self to the Kuerig coffee maker and snack basket left for you on your mini bar. With a separate entrance feel free to come and go at your leisure. The balcony is a great place to spend a peaceful summer evening or curl up with a cup of tea and read a good book on a saturday morning.

Only 2 blocks from The University of Oklahoma’s campus, The Manor is a great place to stay for the Sooner football games.

The Manor features Simply Scrumptious Gourmet Catering. Not only does Simply Scrumptious offer the best breakfast in town, you can also book a private dinner for you and yours. If you are visiting friends or family in town and would like to welcome them to breakfast or dinner that also can be arranged. Simply Scrumptious can pack a picnic, deliver wine and an artisan cheese board or chill some champagne to enhance your stay here with us.
