The Manor was build in 1896, seven years after the Land Run of 1889, when the University of Oklahoma was only six years old.
The Manor, located at 917 W. Boyd St., may be best recognized by Normanites for its almost life-sized wood carving of a pioneer woman, who stands sentinel in the front yard.

She is always decked to the nine’s for Norman’s favorite season, Sooner Football. She also will sport the latest Thunder gear in support for Oklahoma City’s new NBA basketball team.
The grounds at The Manor offer large trees, lush greens and beautiful flowers. There is even a fire pit to sit by and enjoy. The house boasts one of Norman’s biggest Bed & Breakfasts suites. The suite offers brand new update, warm rich colors to invite you in, a private living room and separate outside entrance with a balcony. There is a wet bar equipped with a stocked mini fridge and Kuerig coffee maker for your personal use. The queen pillow top bed is fitted with 3-inch memory foam and luxurious sateen sheets, pure heaven.
The personal bathroom for our guests has a beautiful walk-in shower and a two-person corner Jacuzzi tub, perfect for soaking after a long day at the game or just relaxing with the one you love. Guests of the The Manor can enjoy a gourmet breakfast in your suite or on the dinning porch.

Simply Scrumptious provides a divine dinning experience unmatched by any Bed & Breakfast in Oklahoma. The chef Rachel Kuehn will indulge your cravings for a gourmet one of a kind breakfast from fresh squeezed orange juice to the authentic huevos rancheros that fill the house with a scrumptious aroma in the morning. We offer a variety of options for breakfast, Continental, Gourmet Breakfast, or the Brown Bag Breakfast.
