Policies for your stay at The Manor
The Manor is a non-smoking facility. Outdoor smoking areas are available with proper disposal of trash. Children are welcome. Please ask innkeeper about the pet policy and deposit.
Check-in is from 4:00-9:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am
Early/late arrivals and late departures can be arranged with the innkeepers prior to arrival.
Reservation Policy: Room pricing is based on two occupants. There will be a charge of $25 per additional guest.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least a seven days prior to your reservation. You will receive a gift certificate for a visit with in six months. A $25 service fee will be charged on all cancelled rooms no matter the notification time. If a reservation is cancelled within seven days of the stay, the guest will be charged for the entire reservation. If there is a no-show, we will be forced to charge the credit card the full amount.
